Student Feedback

Students are major stakeholders of the institution. Considering this three feedbacks are collected from students- Institutional feedback, feedback on Curriculum and feedback on faculty.

Feedback on Curriculum was introduced from 2017-18 and is collected from V Sem UG & III Sem PG Students. The Department level feedback is consolidated by IQAC and analyzed in Likert Scale format and report is presented in College Council & IQAC. Department level feedback is discussed in Department Staff Meeting. Necessary directives are given to concerned. After analysis an interaction with students is done by respective faculty of the department and efforts are taken to bring improvements by incorporating suggestion of students. Innovative teaching practices and revised curriculum delivery is ensured for providing the best.

Feedback on Institution is also taken from all Final year UG and PG students. The feedback is consolidated by Heads of the Department and analyzed by IQAC in Likert Scale format and report is presented in College Council & IQAC. An interaction with students is also arranged.

Feedback on Faculty is taken by Principal and Vice Principal, from all students and on all teachers. The feedback is consolidated and report is given confidentially to individual teacher with necessary suggestions.

Parent Feedback

Faculty Feedback

Faculty feedback on Curriculum is collected from faculty who has completed at least one semester during the academic year. Faculty feedback will be taken after a gap of 3 years or when there is revision of syllabus, whichever is earlier. The feedback is consolidated by IQAC and analyzed in Likert Scale format and report is presented in College Council

Alumnae Feedback

Alumnae is the strength of the institution and their suggestions and feedbacks are taken and given due consideration. Two feedbacks are taken from Alumnae- Feedback on Institution, Feedback on Curriculum.

Alumnae Feedback on Curriculum

Feedback on curriculum is taken from Alumnae who have completed their UG or PG programme from the institution since 2014. The feedback was collected department wise from Alumnae who have visited the Campus during the academic year. The consolidated feedbacks were analysed by IQAC using Likert Scale. The satisfaction index was classified into five heads 0-20, 20-40, 40-60, 60-80 and 80-100. The feedback report is presented in College Council and IQAC.

Alumnae Feedback on Institution

Feedback on Institution is taken from Alumnae who have completed their UG or PG programme from the institution. The feedback was collected department wise from Alumnae who have visited the Campus during 2015-19. The Department level feedback is consolidated by IQAC and expressed in percentages. The feedback report is presented in College Council and IQAC.

Employer Feedback

As an important stakeholder, input on the curriculum is collected from the employers. Employers’ feedback on curriculum helps to identify, address and evaluate the inadequacies in curricular aspects and its delivery. It plays a vital role in curriculum design and revision. The Employer feedback is collected department-wise from employers of passed-out students who are placed in various firms. The consolidated feedback is analyzed by IQAC using Likert Scale and presented in the Council meetings.
