Talk on "Useful Tips to Develop a Positive Mindset"

The Department of English at St. Mary’s College (Autonomous), Thrissur, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (Ministry of Education Initiative), organized an insightful talk on "Useful Tips to Develop a Positive Mindset" on November 12.

The session was led by Dr. Josephine Joseph, Head and Associate Professor, Department of English, St. Mary’s College, Thrissur. She shared valuable strategies on cultivating optimism, resilience, and personal growth.

The interactive session provided students with practical techniques to build confidence, overcome challenges, and maintain a constructive outlook in academics and life. The event was a great success, fostering a culture of motivation and self-improvement among participants.
