EXAMINATION CELLThe Examination Cell (EC) of St. Mary’s College (Autonomous), TCR, established in the academic year 2024-2025, oversees and manages all examination-related activities within the institution. In line with UGC and Government guidelines for Autonomous Colleges, the EC is led by the Principal as the Chief Controller of Examinations, with Dr. C. R. Meera, Assistant Professor, Department of Microbiology, as the Controller of Examinations, and Smt. Jilu Varghese, Assistant Professor & Head, Department of Commerce, as the Joint Controller of Examinations. The cell is also supported by a team of office assistants, computer programmers, data entry operators, and other staff members. The EC adheres to UGC and institutional guidelines to maintain academic integrity and high standards. It serves as a communication link between students, faculty, and administration on examination matters and uses advanced technology for online assessments, result processing, and data management. The cell is also equipped to generate confidential materials like question papers. The examination protocols follow the Examination Manual of St. Mary’s College (Autonomous), approved by the University of Calicut and UGC. Additionally, an Examination Grievance Redressal Cell addresses and resolves any student grievances promptly. CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS
